We're passionate about making skincare products that everyone can use, including the 1 in 12 adults and 1 in 5 children that suffer from eczema. Herbs have a healing tradition and have been used by different cultures for centuries for a range of ailments.

Drink plenty of water
Flush toxins out of your system by drinking plenty of water. Make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg (preferably organic). Avoid highly coloured food too.

Always read the label
Don't wash hair or body with detergents like SLS (lauryl sulphates). Some bubble baths still have small amounts of formaldehyde in them! Hair dye can be really irritating. Products containing alcohol can be very drying for some people.

If in doubt, get good advice
We've provided some brief information on some ailments but we cannot recommend any treatments nor offer definitive information or advice. What suits one person's skin may irritate anothers.

If you have a health problem and you're seeking an alternative remedy, you should contact a medical herbalist or healthcare practitioner.

Sensible precautions
If you have a particularly sensitive or inflamed skin you are advised to do a small skin patch test before using any new skin care product. Rub a bit of the product onto a small area, such as your wrist, wash off and then wait 24 hours before using the product. Do not use it if your skin becomes further inflamed or sore. Do not try a new product during a flare up of an existing condition but wait until your skin feels calmer again.
